Own and manage the project plan, milestones, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
Support execution across MANHATTAN ACTIVEWAREHOUSE workstreams including inbound, outbound, inventory, labor, yard, automation/MHE, reporting, integrations, and testing.
Coordinate with client stakeholders, system integrators, Manhattan teams, technical teams, operations, and business users.
Lead recurring project meetings, status updates, working sessions, and escalation discussions.
Track and manage RAID / RIDAC items, decisions, blockers, and follow-ups.
Support planning and execution for SIT, UAT, day-in-the-life testing, mock cutovers, go-live, and hypercare.
Drive accountability across workstreams to make sure owners are clear and deadlines are met.
Prepare executive-ready status updates, issue summaries, milestone reports, and risk mitigation plans.
Help identify project risks early and work with the team to define practical mitigation options.
Support change management, stakeholder communication, and operational readiness activities.
Partner with functional and technical leads to ensure scope, design decisions, testing outcomes, and deployment plans are aligned.
Maintain clear documentation for project decisions, open items, dependencies, and transition/handoff needs.
Requirements
6-8+ years of project management experience in supply chain, warehouse operations, WMS, or systems implementation.
2-3+ years of hands-on experience supporting Manhattan Active Warehouse Management implementations, specifically in a project management capacity.
Strong understanding of warehouse processes such as receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, cycle count, returns, and labor planning.
Experience managing large cross-functional teams across business, IT, operations, vendors, and implementation partners.
Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex issues for leadership and client stakeholders.
