Strategic sparring partner for Customer Services & Sales
Advising and supporting leaders and employees on key HR topics
Designing and owning the operational implementation of all HR processes across the entire employee lifecycle
Coordinating with HR areas Talent Acquisition, PS&S and Talent Management
Driving continuous change and optimization of HR processes
Disciplinary and functional leadership of the People Partners
Coaching the team and promoting their development
Active participation in projects to further develop the organization and corporate culture
Requirements
Solid education and further training in the HR field (e.g., CAS/MAS, university of applied sciences or university degree in Business Administration, Psychology or equivalent)
Several years of experience (ideally 8–10 years) as an HR Business Partner/People Partner in a dynamic environment
Entrepreneurial mindset, quick recognition of interdependencies, structured and pragmatic approach
Ability to work independently and high quality standards
Experience coaching leaders
Strong affinity for digital HR tools and automation
Confident communication in German and very good English skills – French is a plus
