Act as the primary technical escalation point for all product, quality, and safety issues across the ANZ market.
Provide expert technical guidance and develop high-quality documentation.
Support the business in resolving complex field issues.
Collaborate with regional BA functions including Quality, Product Line, R&D, and Spare Parts.
Deliver data-driven Fast Field Feedback to identify emerging quality trends and support root-cause analysis.
Ensure service solutions are practical, cost-effective, and communicated effectively to minimize warranty costs.
Ensure readiness of new product launches with technical documentation and spare parts availability.
Contribute to the development and delivery of technical training where required.

Technical specialist with experience in Home Appliances, Automotive or other similar manufacturing company.
A trade qualification (i.e. electrical) or engineering background.
Experience in quality and NPI would be beneficial.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
High attention to detail with disciplined documentation and record-keeping practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information clearly.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Collaborative team player, comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing outcomes.
Adaptable and proactive, with a continuous improvement mindset.
