Role Overview

• Serve as the first point of contact for client calls, emails, and inquiries
• Record questions and requests, communicate resolutions, and update records
• Maintain communication with the client until the request is resolved

Requirements

• General education in business administration, accounting, sales, marketing, or related fields
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Bilingual (French/English) is an asset
• Excellent communication skills
