Role Overview
Ensure high satisfaction and successful engagement with Trimble’s products
Drive retention and growth while building strong, long-term partnerships
Act as a strategic consultant for Executive and C-Level teams
Establish proactive relationships with key stakeholders
Deliver high-impact communication strategies
Monitor engagement metrics and lead internal cross-functional teams
Collaborate across the organization for client operational goals
Requirements
5+ years of progressive experience in customer success, account management, or client services
Exceptional consultative and presentation skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and document complex client strategies
Proficient in Google Suite and Salesforce
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
Industry-recognized Customer Success certification (bonus)
Experience utilizing Customer Success platforms such as Gainsight or Totango (bonus)
Practical understanding of transportation and logistics best practices (bonus)
Formal project management experience or data modeling/predictive analytics skills (bonus)
