Preparing and leading virtual classroom sessions for diverse Learners
Collaborate with Correlation One operations personnel for smooth program delivery
Assist in lesson design, development, and improvement
Interact professionally with Learners and staff
Prepare diligently for lectures to ensure high-quality content
Adjust lesson pace to meet needs of Learners while delivering content on time
Communicate respectfully and maintain contact with Correlation One personnel
Foster a positive learning environment and contribute to course improvement

Excellent educator with stellar communication skills
Experience working in physical data centers or similar environments
Experience in mentoring or supervising if no prior teaching experience
A desire to support students in upskilling their careers into data roles
Empathy, flexibility, patience; passion for working with diverse learners who are new to content
Fluent in English; professional verbal and writing skills
A+ or Network+ certification are nice to have
