Work across locations: your team is based in Germany and France (inside sales), while Marketing and Product teams are in Paris. Your role will require flexible commuting between Paris and Germany depending on priorities and business needs.
Requirements
5+ years of sales experience, ideally selling a SaaS solution.
Proven management experience: you know how to help people grow and lead by example.
A true hunter mindset, with a strong track record of exceeding sales targets.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. You listen actively, communicate clearly, and express ideas with precision and empathy.
Strong organizational skills and a rigorous approach to work.
Solid analytical abilities to identify opportunities, detect challenges, and guide strategic decisions.
High ownership, a taste for challenge, and the drive to thrive in a demanding environment. You are motivated by performance, incentives, and an uncapped variable compensation model.
