About this role
Role Overview
- Conduct meetings to present our solutions;
- Negotiate with small and medium-sized companies to generate new sales for the company;
- Maintain relationships with strategic clients from the meetings conducted to generate future business opportunities;
- Prepare, follow up on, and deliver the documentation required to close the sale (contracts and other documents);
- Monitor the activation of newly converted clients, ensuring the effectiveness of the sale;
- Participate in internal meetings to collaborate on strategies and performance levers.
Requirements

- Creativity and proactivity in proposing strategies and actions that can boost deliveries and contribute to business success;
- Persistence to overcome the challenges of major negotiations;
- Teamwork to help build a high-performance team;
- Sales experience;
- Knowledge of sales methodologies;
- Commitment to updating systems (HubSpot / Data Lake).
