Assist on a varied caseload of high-value personal injury claims typically worth in excess of £1m
Work on serious orthopaedic injuries, spinal and brain injuries, amputations, and complex polytrauma injury cases
Assist on files from instruction to resolution, advising on litigation strategy
Liaise directly with clients, experts, and other stakeholders
Progress cases toward settlement or trial
Provide guidance and support to junior lawyers

Proven experience handling serious injury claims
Strong litigation and case management skills
The ability to work independently whilst supporting junior colleagues
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A commitment to achieving outstanding outcomes for clients
Qualified solicitor or legal executive with litigation rights
Experience in serious injury litigation and multi-track cases is highly desirable
Catastrophic injury cases experience is a plus
