Role Overview
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, particularly leases and general service agreements;
- Drafting notifications, reviewing documents and issuing legal opinions;
- Broad technical knowledge of corporate/business legal matters;
- Ability to understand a company's economic-legal context with a business-oriented perspective.
Requirements
- Education: Law degree and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
- Knowledge: Proficient in the Windows environment and with key Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and PDF tools.
