Role Overview
- Drafting and reviewing pleadings of medium and high complexity;
- Drafting and reviewing memoranda and legal opinions in Portuguese and English;
- Discussion and definition of strategy in collective and individual proceedings;
- Case management and monitoring;
- Participation in hearings, meetings with judges/arbitrators, and oral arguments;
- Direct client contact.
Requirements
- Law degree and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB);
- Prior experience in strategic civil litigation required.
