Product Delivery Manager

Role Overview

In this role, you’ll act as the bridge between our product vision, development team and client delivery. You’ll own delivery timelines, manage priorities, and ensure each release meets both technical and business objectives. This is a hands on role where structure, communication and clarity are key, ideal for someone with a background in SaaS or technology delivery who wants to shape how products are brought to market in a fast growing company.****You'll add scale to this function and create a new best practice as we add more resource to delivery, development and support to manage growing demand.

Requirements

Essential:

• 5+ years’ experience in software delivery, product management or operations
• A problem solving mindset, taking ownership of challenges and finding pragmatic solutions
• Strong understanding of SaaS or web application development lifecycles
• Proven experience leading cross-functional delivery teams in an Agile environment
• Excellent organisational and planning skills, with strong attention to detail
• Confident communicator able to translate between technical and non-technical audiences
• Skilled at managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing business needs
• Proficiency with delivery tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Azure DevOps or similar

Desirable:

• Experience in RegTech, FinTech or compliance-driven technology sectors
• Knowledge of KYC, AML or identity verification workflows
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure environments and modern DevOps practices
• Certification in Agile, Scrum or project management (e.g. CSM, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2 Agile)
