Provide individual, family, marriage, and/or couples therapy to a diverse client population presenting with a wide range of behavioral, emotional, and psychosocial concerns.
Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and biopsychosocial assessments.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based interventions.
Provide ongoing psychotherapy services through in-person and telehealth modalities.
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation within the electronic health record.
Participate in clinical supervision, case consultations, and team meetings as needed.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers to ensure continuity and quality of care.
Adhere to professional ethics, HIPAA regulations, and telehealth best practices.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related clinical field
Active and unrestricted New Jersey licensure in one of the following: LSW, LCSW, LPC, LAMFT, LMFT
Previous experience in a behavioral health or outpatient clinical setting preferred
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms preferred
Ability to work independently while effectively managing a flexible part-time schedule
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated cultural competence and commitment to inclusive care
