About this role
Role Overview
Handling customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries and returns via our ticket management system.
Resolving payment issues via PayPal, Klarna and Shopify Payments.
Maintaining and responding to customer reviews on platforms such as Trustpilot.
Escalating complex cases in a structured manner to the Customer Service Lead.
Requirements
Excellent written communication skills in German and English.
Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and ticketing tools like Zendesk is a plus.
Currently enrolled as a student and able to work reliably 10–20 hours per week.
Meticulous, responsible and able to keep track of multiple concurrent inquiries.
Strong customer orientation and enjoyment in helping others.
First experience in customer support or community management is desirable but not required.
