Role Overview
- First point of contact for customers
- Respond to inquiries and assist with customer concerns via phone or email
- Handle contract-related matters as well as questions about invoices and payments
- Collaborate with the Customer Journey and Marketing teams to improve the customer experience
Requirements
- Some initial experience in customer service
- Empathetic, respectful manner and a genuine desire to help others
- Reliable and a team player
- Ideally experience with CRM and ticketing systems
- Excellent written and spoken German
- Curiosity about the energy sector and openness to new things
