You will lead data collection and configuration of the Tecsys solution in collaboration with the project team to identify client needs and define business processes
You will develop a trusted on-site relationship with clients to guide them through Tecsys software onboarding and integration
You will be a key contributor to a successful implementation through your application knowledge, advisory skills, interpersonal abilities, and supply chain expertise
Requirements
2+ years of experience in software implementation and consulting, either at a consulting firm or with a SaaS software company, or 2+ years as a product/solution specialist with direct client-side implementation experience
Demonstrated experience in: implementation of performance-tracking software, inventory management for medical-surgical (MedSurg) supplies and operating rooms, and/or point-of-use (POU) systems
Business process definition, software configuration, data loading, testing, and training
Good understanding of procurement and inventory management operations in a hospital setting
Bachelor's degree required
Excellent written and spoken English is essential to communicate with clients, vendors, partners, and colleagues outside Quebec
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Flexibility and ability to learn independently
Excellent writing and presentation skills
Due to frequent travel, a valid Canadian or U.S. passport is required
