You further build the product organization and enable the successful scaling of the product
You are part of the division leadership team and are responsible for a team of around 50 people
You bear overall responsibility for the product, including P&L accountability
You define and steer the portfolio and product strategy (roadmap, innovation, investment decisions, strategic partnerships) together with management
You monitor the market and competitors to identify growth opportunities
You work closely with pension fund clients and anchor their needs in product development — in close coordination with all relevant stakeholders (including Sales, Development, Architecture, RTE, Project Management, Support)
You act as an internal and external ambassador for the product and promote an open, collaborative leadership culture where knowledge is shared, successes are celebrated together, and challenges are solved collectively
Requirements
You are an experienced leader with proven success in scaling a product business (10+ years) and experience leading large teams, including full P&L responsibility
You have strong strategic thinking combined with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach and excellent communication skills to convey complex topics appropriately to different audiences (internal and external)
You demonstrate strong execution skills and a hands-on mentality to drive and operate the product successfully, and you enjoy further developing the product management discipline within the product organization and across the company
You lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders confidently — from development teams to executive management
You bring change management expertise to support organizational transitions
Ideally, you have experience in occupational pensions and a relevant network in this sector
You are fluent in German and English; French is an advantage
You are willing to travel regularly within Switzerland to meet clients, stakeholders, and team members and to drive the product strategy forward
