Lead and strengthen strategic contractor relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.
Engage directly with program team to develop forward-looking strategies.
Develop and facilitate custom training initiatives aligned with program objectives.
Perform ridealongs with contractors to reinforce training and/or areas that require improvements.
Regularly collaborate with contractors to improve performance and address issues.
Promptly address and resolve program and contractor concerns.
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Analyze data and use standard email and Microsoft programs.

Must be located in Kern County, California.
Ability to travel up to 80% locally within Kern County Area and potentially other parts of PG&E service territory.
Valid California driver’s license, clean driving record, minimum level of automobile insurance
2+ years of experience in the energy efficiency industry, with a solid understanding of the contractor landscape and networks.
Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with individuals and businesses from diverse backgrounds.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Enthusiasm for sustainability, energy efficiency, and the mission of our organization.
Natural Gas Appliance Testing Technician (NGAT) certified or willing to obtain once hired.
Strong computer skills, including ability to utilize basic functionality of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and web-based applications.
Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment.
