Support the development and implementation of Health & Safety systems, programs, and procedures.
Promote a strong safety culture through the Safety Committee and employee engagement.
Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify safety, environmental, and occupational hazards.
Ensure compliance with regulations and provide practical improvement recommendations.
Review and approve customer site risk assessments.
Deliver safety training, including monthly safety talks and health‑prevention programs.
Monitor contractor compliance with Safety Policies.
Act as a safety advisor on projects involving new or improved procedures.
Travel up to 20% as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Relevant third‑level EHS qualification (preferred).
2–3 years’ experience in a similar EHS role (essential).
Strong relationship‑building, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to train and engage employees.
Strong planning, organization, time‑management, and multi‑tasking abilities.
Analytical problem‑solver with initiative and attention to detail.
Comfortable working independently and in a team, with resilience under pressure and tight deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office; general computer literacy.
Experience with MS SharePoint.
Knowledge of ISO9001:2015 or similar quality systems.
Project management experience.
