Lead Strategic Client Engagements – Own responsibility for major transformation programs. Define methodologies, ensure client priorities are addressed, and deliver measurable business impact while maintaining profitability targets
AI-Driven Business Solutions – Position AI as a core differentiator in sales conversations. Identify high-value opportunities where AI enhances decision-making and operations. Develop case studies and thought leadership to support the sales pipeline
Scale & Mentor Teams – Develop high-performing consulting teams and foster a culture of delivery excellence and entrepreneurial mindset
Drive Thought Leadership – Author frameworks and case studies that establish ADAPTOVATE as a market leader. Speak at industry events and generate inbound demand through visibility and partnerships
Requirements
Sales & Business Development Leadership – Exceptional track record closing high-value engagements. Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, develop proposals, and meet revenue targets consistently
Strategic Sales Acumen – Expert at structuring value propositions, navigating negotiations, and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Experience in consultative selling and translating client pain into solutions
Client Relationship Builder – Trusted partner to C-suite executives with track record influencing enterprise decisions and securing follow-on engagements. Ability to navigate complex organizations and build internal champions
Consulting Experience – 12+ years in consulting with expertise in business transformation, digital strategy, and operational excellence. Demonstrated progression to senior leadership
Team Developer – Passionate about growing consulting talent with both delivery and business development excellence
AI Expertise – Deep understanding of AI trends. Ability to translate technical concepts into compelling business narratives and guide C-suite on adoption strategies
Executive Presence – Strong communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders and represent the firm at board-level forums and industry events
