Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on aerial work platforms and related equipment on-site at customer locations throughout the Benelux and Germany region.
Respond efficiently to service requests, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely solutions.
Document all service activities, including repairs performed, parts used, and follow-up actions needed.
Train customers on equipment operation and maintenance practices to promote safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with our engineering team to provide feedback on product performance and possible improvements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and enhance satisfaction.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience as a service technician, preferably in the AWP or heavy machinery sector.
Strong understanding of hydraulic and electrical systems relevant to AWP.
Experience working with clients in the Benelux and Germany region is an advantage.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently within the Benelux and Germany region.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under pressure.
Strong communication skills, with fluency in English and proficiency in Dutch, French, or German being a strong asset.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
