Role Overview
- Manage a book of business by consistently contributing to clients’ overall success and growth
- Collaborate with client management and key decision makers on alignment of HR business strategy and goals
- Consult with client management and key decision makers on HR-related issues, suggest new HR strategies and provide HR guidance when appropriate
- Evaluate and anticipate HR-related needs and strategize with client management and key decision makers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 2-5 years’ human resources experience
- Human resources certification preferred
