Role Overview
- Build the reporting infrastructure for governance and reporting
- Oversee consolidation and timely reporting of GAAP financial statements
- Lead accounting operations globally across multiple entities
- Own consolidation of over $3 billion in global revenue
- Ensure integrity of financial accounting and reporting
- Leverage AI tools for process automation
- Establish accounting policies and procedures
- Build and lead the organization’s resourcing strategy
- Partner with senior leaders across functions
- Manage relationships with auditors for compliance
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred
- High proficiency with enterprise-level financial infrastructure (Oracle EBS, SAP, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills
- Strong communicator with executive presence
