Build and sustain senior-level relationships with key stakeholders across strategic partner organizations, serving as the primary point of accountability for those relationships
Lead account development activities, setting clear performance expectations for partners and identifying opportunities to deepen and expand each relationship over time
Establish governance frameworks that ensure transparency, risk management, and compliance across all partnership activities
Conduct market and competitive analysis to surface emerging trends and inform partnership strategy and expansion decisions
Requirements
10 or more years of experience in partnerships, business development, or account management
Deep expertise in managing large-scale strategic partnerships, including contract negotiation, performance management, and joint business planning
Background in partnerships, loyalty programs, or consumer digital platforms, with a solid grasp of partner ecosystems and industry dynamics
Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to identify new opportunities and translate market insights into actionable growth strategies
Executive-level communication and influencing skills, with experience engaging senior leadership and managing high-visibility partner relationships
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, aligning stakeholders across product, technology, legal, and operations to deliver partnership outcomes
Analytical mindset with experience using performance data to drive decision-making, optimize partnership outcomes, and support continuous improvement
