Responsibility for sales of VELYS capital equipment solutions in the field of robotic-assisted orthopaedics
Establish and develop long-term customer relationships with hospital executives, chief physicians and procurement committees
Independently manage complex sales processes from strategic positioning through to contract conclusion
Deliver product presentations, business reviews and ROI-oriented sales discussions at C-level
Develop regional market strategies to increase revenue and market share
Work closely with clinical teams, marketing, service and international stakeholders
Identify new business opportunities and build a sustainable opportunity pipeline
Participate in congresses, workshops and customer events
Requirements
Several years of experience in capital equipment sales, ideally in joint replacement (endoprosthetics) or medical technology
Degree in business administration, engineering, biomedical engineering or a comparable qualification
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
Confident user of standard Microsoft Office applications
High willingness to travel with regular overnight stays domestically and occasional international travel
OR experience or experience assisting in the operating room is an advantage
