Responsibility for selling VELYS Capital Equipment solutions in robotic-assisted orthopedics
Building and developing long-term customer relationships with hospital executives, chief physicians and procurement committees
Independently managing complex sales processes from strategic positioning through contract conclusion
Conducting product presentations, business reviews and ROI-focused sales discussions at C-level
Developing regional market strategies to increase revenue and market share
Close collaboration with Clinical Teams, Marketing, Service and international stakeholders
Identifying new business opportunities and building a sustainable opportunity pipeline
Participating in congresses, workshops and customer events
Requirements
Several years of experience in Capital Equipment Sales, ideally in joint replacement or medical technology
Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Medical Technology or comparable qualification
Excellent written and spoken German and English
Proficient with common Microsoft Office applications
High willingness to travel with regular overnight stays domestically and occasional international trips
OR experience or experience assisting in the operating room is an advantage
