Analyze system processes and functionalities, identifying improvements and necessary adjustments;
Configure the system according to gathered requirements, ensuring data quality and security;
Deliver training to system users, providing guidance on operations and available features;
Monitor the implementation process, resolving issues and addressing queries.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Technology fields (Information Systems, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, among others), Engineering, or in business-rule-related areas (Sanitary Engineering, Public Administration);
Knowledge of public legislation and regulations applicable to Health Surveillance is desirable;
Availability for frequent travel.
