Requirements
- Working knowledge of change management frameworks and methods
- Expert knowledge in two or more areas of change capability
- Ability to lead change impact assessments
- Ability to develop videos and other creative communication content
- Ability to assess training needs and produce training materials
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Results-driven and detail-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Structured problem-solving skills
- Experience working with Microsoft technologies preferred
