Help execute digital marketing strategies that strengthen Primrose Schools' online presence
Support parent enrollment and generate qualified franchise development leads
Optimize local digital channels and support franchise schools
Ensure the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives across the Primrose system
Manage and optimize local business listings
Support brand-level review generation efforts
Assist schools with review responses and reputation management
Launch new schools by establishing digital channels
Serve as Tier 1 support for digital marketing requests
Monitor local SEO and GEO performance
Compile and organize performance data to support reporting and decision-making

Bachelor's degree preferred
2-4 years of experience in digital marketing
Experience using Google Analytics, WordPress, and other digital performance and reporting tools
Experience with Google Business Profile, Yext, SEMrush, Optimizely, FullStory, Mailchimp, or similar platforms preferred
Working knowledge of SEO principles and local search optimization
Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to build effective relationships and collaborate across teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrates initiative, curiosity, and a continuous learning mindset
Franchise or multi-location business experience preferred
