Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 12+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 2+ years in a VP level role or external equivalent.
Minimum 10+ years progressive leadership experience in primary market mortgage operations, fulfillment, or technology environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise direct reports; prior management experience within the last 5 years and for a minimum of 3 years.
Ability to travel periodically as required for business needs.
Proven track record improving workflow efficiency and implementing performance measurement frameworks.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; adept at tailoring messages to effectively convey information to varied stakeholders.
Executive level integrity, business ethics, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
High proficiency in Microsoft products; advanced in Excel using formulas, etc.
