Bachelor's Degree Life sciences or related field required
Greater than 15 years clinical research experience in GCP and drug development including 10 years of leadership experience
Advanced business knowledge, general management and leadership capability
High degree of business acumen
Knowledge of clinical research financial parameters
In depth knowledge of clinical research regulatory requirements (GCP, ICH)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including strong command of English language
Highly effective team leadership skills
Strong influencing and negotiation skills
