Role Overview
- Supporting company activities during build & upgrade phases
- Complete 3G, 4G & 5G activities
- Manage site outages and assist field teams
- Prepare HOPs (Handover Packs) for site acceptance
- Make suggestions for ongoing process improvement
- Troubleshoot RAN and MME problems
- Troubleshoot Transmission, Antenna Line Device problems
- Support the Integration of Nokia, Ericsson & Huawei Equipment
- Handle EnodeB status and Alarm analysis and clearance
- Use customer databases and operational tools
- Update tracking reports for internal use
- Review and accept Handover Packs
- Prepare and submit HOP documents
Requirements
- Over 3 years' experience as engineer in telecom field
- Experience of working on OMC / NMC
- Knowledge in 3G/4G LTE
- Knowledge in 5G Advantageous but not necessary
- Experience with Huawei, Nokia & Ericsson Equipment
- Scripting experience of Unix, Perl, SQL, XML, MS Access
- Fluent English and excellent clear telephone speech
- Excellent Excel Skills and Experience
