Role Overview
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with KOLs, HCPs, and other stakeholders
- Engage in scientific exchange to provide and gather medical and scientific insights
- Represent the company at medical conferences, symposia, and meetings
- Provide accurate, unbiased, and up-to-date scientific information to healthcare professionals
- Present clinical data in various forums, including advisory boards and educational sessions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide scientific input and support
- Gather and communicate competitive intelligence and market insights
- Ensure all activities comply with applicable regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Advanced degree in life sciences (MD, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 5 years of reference supported high-performance in a similar MSL role
- Experience working with KOLs and understanding of the U.S. and Canadian healthcare systems
- Experience in neurology and neurodegenerative therapeutic areas is highly desired
- Strong scientific acumen
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM tools
