Requirements
- A minimum of 2+ years in similar roles is essential;
- Experience in an FCA regulated environment or a good understanding of FCA regulations;
- A strong belief in Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles;
- Stellar communication skills and a knack for teamwork;
- The ability to organise your work independently.
- Customer service experience within Insurance is nice-to-have.
