Find and engage high quality, diverse and passive candidates through creative techniques.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key cross-functional stakeholders internally.
Effectively leverage technology (ATS) to recruit, screen, and schedule candidate interviews to consistently meet or exceed expectations.
Stays well informed of all market trends and competition.
Requirements
Proven track record of successfully sourcing, and hiring hard-to-find candidates and working in a high-volume environment.
Effective communication, teamwork, and client service skills; excellent written and oral communication, and willingness to deliver regular updates and feedback clearly and tactfully.
Demonstrated ability to command the attention and respect of senior level executives as well as hiring managers and candidates.
5+ years of high-volume recruiting experience with a background in recruiting experience in a fast-paced, metrics driven environment.
