About this role
Role Overview
Lead the delivery of insurance transformation projects, with a focus on core systems implementation
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and governance
Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, IT, vendors, and third parties
Provide clear reporting, risk management, and escalation handling
Ensure alignment to programme objectives and regulatory requirements
Drive stakeholder engagement across all levels of the organisation
Requirements
Proven experience delivering insurance transformation projects
Strong exposure to Guidewire or IDIT platforms (IDIT preferred)
Experience managing complex, multi-stream projects in an Agile or hybrid environment
Strong understanding of insurance operations (Policy, Claims, Billing)
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
