Requirements
Extensive B2B Sales & Business Development Experience: A proven track record of 6+ years in business development or field sales.
Strong Business Acumen & Strategic Thinking: Ability to construct compelling business cases and strong problem-solving skills.
Exceptional Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Proven ability to forge and maintain relationships with senior executives and excellent communication capabilities.
Relevant Engineering Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing) is essential, with a Master's degree (M Tech/MBA) being a significant advantage.
