About this role

Assist senior engineers with installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and repair of UPS or HVAC systems
Participate in structured training programs focused on safety, diagnostics, and equipment operation
Provide on-site and remote technical support under supervision
Support testing and inspection of systems to ensure performance and compliance
Complete service reports and documentation accurately and on time
Follow Delta’s safety and quality standards at all customer sites
Travel regionally (and occasionally nationwide) for field assignments

Associate, Technical, or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, UPS, or related technical field (Military technical experience also considered)
Must be fluent in Mandarin and English.
Basic understanding of electrical or mechanical concepts (voltage, current, airflow, pressure, etc.)
Strong willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required.
