About this role
Role Overview
Support Development and Alumni Relations Office operations including managing office tasks, answering calls, and providing administrative support
Coordinate scheduling and make logistical arrangements for managerial meetings and respond to inquiries
Compose routine correspondence, prepare data reports, and manage schedules
Serve as liaison to the Board of Advisors and manage communications and logistics for board meetings
Provide assistance for various special projects and events, manage financial responsibilities including reimbursements and reports
Requirements
High School Grad/GE Degree, and 5 to 7 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
Previous experience in a development role is preferred
Keen attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and demonstrates initiative and accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
Strong proficiency in computer operations, mail merges, statistics, and database management
Strong understanding of maintaining confidentiality
Ability to communicate to donors and alumni in a professional manner
