Lead, own and sustain the daily operations for assigned markets
Review tax return packages to ensure compliance with local tax regulations
Review journal entries and accounts reconciliations for adequacy of supporting calculations
Lead process efficiencies for continuous improvement and adherence to compliance policies
Collaborate with different teams, business units, tax managers, and auditors
Manage monthly closing and reporting as per US GAAP
Ensure timely review and submission of tax returns including sales/use, GST, and property tax

BA/BS in Finance/Supply Chain/Accounting/Business or equivalent with strong foundation and experience in a shared service environment
Minimum 2-3 years experience in Tax Accounting / Regulations and US GAAP
Competent/Above-Average English Fluency
Ability to understand, speak and write Portuguese or Spanish is a plus (requirement for bilingual analysts)
