Be the second line lead for corporate risk and compliance
Own compliance intake and risk triage process
Maintain operational risk register with clear RACI allocations
Run issue management and escalation process
Design and manage vendor onboarding and governance
Ensure compliance contract review processes are followed
Be the main point of contact for vendor logs, including renewals and notices via Juro
Support day to day implementation of the data privacy compliance model (with outsourced DPO)
Produce structured reporting for governance forums
Embed risk culture across the organization, including delivering fun and creative training
Engaging with senior stakeholders and management, including Board

Deep experience in risk/compliance in a scaling fintech environment
Strong understanding of the regulatory FS perimeter
Sufficient payments and FS regulatory knowledge to ensure TiPJAR understands what does and does not apply to it
Strong operational process design capability
Vendor and third-party risk experience
Strong working knowledge of GDPR
Strong stakeholder management and communication
Prior experience engaging with regulators would be a plus
