- Become ALB's local representative for your area.
- Identify and bring new properties under management (apartments, houses, villas, chalets, atypical or unique accommodations...).
- Manage your portfolio like your own business (coordinate cleaning, maintenance, owner and guest relations).
- Organize your time and work from wherever you want (partial remote work / field-based).
Requirements
- Persuasiveness: You can convince property owners to entrust you with the management of their homes.
- Open to all backgrounds: Whether you come from real estate, sales, hairdressing, or any other field — your willingness to learn and to do a good job is what matters.
- Autonomous: You want freedom over your schedule while being supported by a solid organization with proven processes.
