Real Estate Sales Agent

Role Overview

• You will become the ALB reference for your area.
• Development: Identify and secure new properties for management (apartments, houses, villas, chalets, atypical or unique accommodations, etc.).
• Management: Run your portfolio like your own business (coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and relations with owners and guests).
• Freedom: Organize your time and work from wherever you want (partial remote work / field-based).

Requirements

• Persuasive: You can convince owners to entrust you with the management of their property.
• Open to all backgrounds: Whether you come from real estate, sales, hairdressing, or any other field — your willingness to learn and do a great job is what matters.
• Autonomous: You want control over your schedule while being supported by a solid organization with proven processes.
