You will become ALB’s local point of contact in your area.
Development: Identify and secure new properties for management (apartments, houses, villas, chalets, atypical or unique accommodations...).
Portfolio management: Run your portfolio like your own business (coordination of cleaning, maintenance, and relations with property owners and guests).
Flexibility: Organize your schedule and work from wherever you want (partial remote work / field work).
Requirements
Strong persuasion skills: You can convince property owners to entrust you with the management of their homes.
Open to all backgrounds: Whether you come from real estate, sales, hairdressing, or another field, your willingness to learn and deliver quality work matters most.
Autonomy: You want control over your schedule while being supported by a solid organization with proven processes.
