You analyze campaigns, audiences and results, run A/B tests and derive concrete actions.
You further develop our digital brand presence and strategically expand our visibility within relevant target groups.
You create webinars, digital events and other initiatives to systematically nurture relevant contacts.
You optimize website performance, user journeys and conversion points.
Requirements
You have at least 4 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, demand generation or performance marketing.
You are highly proficient with HubSpot, especially Marketing Hub, CRM, automations and reporting.
You have a solid understanding of funnel optimization, lead management and conversion tracking.
You work data-driven, analyze marketing and sales metrics and derive clear actions.
You can demonstrate proven success in generating and developing qualified leads and marketing pipelines.
You work in a structured, analytical and independent manner.
You communicate confidently in German and English.
