About this role
Role Overview
- Deliver industry leading customer service through both phone and email channels
- Set up and support both Lender and Broker profiles as required for participation in the MCI programs
- Provide business support for Mortgage Protection Plan processes to Mortgage Brokers, Lenders and Manulife Sales team members
- Troubleshoot all issues escalated from either Brokers or Sales
- Collaborate across the different teams on all business initiatives
Requirements
- Postgraduate education or relevant experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Experience in the Mortgage Creditor Industry is a plus
- Fully bilingual (French/English)
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems like Salesforce, and data entry
