Support the Executive Housekeeper in all matters
Responsible for maintaining high quality of floor (housekeeping) and laundry services
Responsible for lost-and-found items, including their management and return to guests
Ensure smooth workflows and consistent cleanliness throughout the hotel
Inspect and ensure order and cleanliness in all storage areas, floor offices, and cleaning supply rooms
Coordinate communication with other departments (especially Maintenance/Engineering and Front Office/Reception)
Continuously ensure quality and compliance with standards as specified by tristar GmbH and the franchisor

Relevant professional experience
