Plan, develop and implement regional training strategies targeted at distributors and customers of small and medium retail chains
Deliver in-person and online training sessions for distributors
Identify knowledge gaps and create/adapt training materials appropriate to the teams’ daily routines
Design continuous training schedules, monitor engagement and measure training effectiveness
Support the sales team during product launches, campaigns and events
Conduct field follow-ups and be available for frequent travel

Bachelor’s degree completed (Marketing, Pharmacy, Biomedicine or related fields)
Previous experience in commercial training within the dermocosmetics, pharmaceutical or beauty market
Valid driver’s license (CNH)
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Experience managing distributors/indirect channels (preferred)
Knowledge of LMS/e-learning platforms (preferred)
