About this role
Role Overview
Handle incoming leads received through the CRM
Contact leads via WhatsApp API
Engage with leads originating from Instagram
Make telephone contacts
Diagnose and understand the potential customer's situation
Qualify opportunities
Conduct consultative negotiations
Close sales
Manage relationships with leads throughout the buying journey
Participate in offered trainings aimed at professional development
Participate in management rituals, aligning and providing updates on your work progress
Work with metrics and KPIs to continuously improve results and processes in your area.
Requirements
Experience with consultative and high-impact sales, preferably in digital marketing or info-products
Prior experience with launches, workshops, or evergreen sales models
Ability to organize and maintain the CRM
Familiarity with the digital market
Execution-oriented profile: practical, solution-driven, high-energy, with a strong sense of ownership
Availability to work events and evening live streams during launch periods
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in the public exams (concurso público) sector
Bachelor's degree completed (preferred, not required).
