About this role
Role Overview
Work closely with assigned patients to identify various reimbursement coverage options
Contribute to coaching and mentoring current team members
Manage a larger patient caseload than other case managers
Serve as the reimbursement expert for the assigned case territory
Participate in special projects assigned by the program manager
Collaborate with management to develop program protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the case manager role
Requirements
Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience
Bilingual (French and English) — spoken and written
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Flexibility to work variable hours (operating hours 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM)
Ability to apply critical thinking to resolve problems
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a patient support program
